RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted due to safety and hygiene concerns. In rare cases we may offer another shipment to meet up to our standards if something were to happen during the freight of your package.
COMMON QUESTIONS
My order was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Due to high volume and low staff with delivery services this may occur occasionally. I cannot be held accountable for their mistakes therefore you’ll have to reach out to the carrier and confirm delivery with them. Please be sure to check all possible places it could’ve been delivered, the mailbox, front/back porch, garage, etc. For apartments sometimes your community center/leasing office may be holding it!
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange the original one for a bigger/smaller size?
We do not accept exchanges due for any reasons because of safety and hygiene concerns. Please carefully read our descriptions and our sizing chart to ensure you order the correct size, as our shirts are slim fit and not stretchy.
Can I change my address on my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept ANY address changes for the safety of your packages making it to it’s destination and avoid any mistakes! If you would like to change the address please reach out and let me know so we can cancel your order immediately and have another one placed!
